Clean Progressions

Hey guys!  A couple weeks ago my good friend, Marc Balistreri, and I recorded a few instructional pieces for you.  Here’s the first one in the series detailing some simple progressions you can practice in order to learn the clean.  Have fun and enjoy!

  1. I am a student who regularly attends the gym and is currently gaining interest in cross fit. I have attended Colin’s strength and conditioning classes. His classes are incredible! He always starts the first class by teaching the movements and how to perform the exercises safely. He keeps the exercises tough and exciting. He even encourages some friendly competition during exercises. I always leave Colin’s classes feeling stronger and fitter. When my friends and I cannot get to his classes we do his routines on our own.

  2. Thanks for the kind words Caitlin! I appreciate it and I’m glad you enjoyed my classes, keep up the great work!
